Frances Williams MD LLC is a private practice that does not accept or bill any insurance companies on behalf of patients. Payment is expected before or at time of service. Upon request we can provide a superbill with complete diagnosis codes for the patient to submit (if they so desire) to their own insurance company for possible partial reimbursement. Most carriers will reimburse a small percentage of the fees. Most lab work and imaging ordered by Dr. Williams should be covered by insurance carriers at the usual rates.
